Using Charinest

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Keep your sign-in details secure. You retain the rights you hold in the content you provide and must have permission to upload content belonging to others.

Purchases

Charinest offers consumable virtual currency through Apple App Store or Google Play. It does not sell new subscriptions. Prices and amounts are shown before purchase. Fulfilled consumables are reflected in the associated service account; restoring store purchases does not grant the same consumable again.

Refunds and cancellation are handled under the applicable store rules and consumer law. Deleting an app or service account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. New app identifiers do not automatically transfer purchases made in an earlier app.

Availability and content

Network or provider problems may interrupt service. Keep independent copies of records that matter to you. We may maintain or update the service. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate and are not professional advice.
